My husband and I held our wedding banquet on 28th July 2024.

Gowri was our wedding coordinator and she has been nothing but patient and professional during the entire process despite the tight time frame. She guided us through the planning and as first timers, it was of great help. It was very assuring for us to know that our wedding was in good hands.

Even though she was not present on the actual day, she was still working hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth event. Her bubbly personality made this experience enjoyable and we will miss working with her. Thank you Gowri for being a part of our special day!

Special shout out to our wedding event manager Gowri & banquet Manager Saran! Credits to them on making our event a success!

Like any other couple, planning for a wedding is never easy, despite her ever busy schedule, Gowri was able to address our concerns and guiding us along every step leading up to the actual day. I appreciate her straight forward direct approach as this allows easy decision making. Trust me this saves us time and $$$. On the event day itself, both Gowri and Saran were amazing. Offering their assistance whenever we need them. Of course, nothing is always smooth sailing, but im must give the team full credits on their ability to adapt and reacting to situation well. Part of the ballroom too dark or slow service issue? Saran got it covered and Gowri attends to the wellbeing of myself and the Mrs. We’re pretty overwhelmed, she is constantly giving us encouragement and making sure we are “fit” and ready to enjoy every moment of our special day.

For that, we are thankful to have them on our wedding day. The ballroom was great! I personal love the theme. Simple yet elegant. As for the food menu, you cant go wrong with the yam paste, Drunken prawn and eefuu noodles. Thank you chef Andy!

Our package came with a night stay in the bridal suite. Its cosy and we were able to hang out with our friends after the event. Nothing fancy. Overall, we had a great time. For those looking for a event venue, i encourage for you guys to explore Novotel Singapore on Stevens.

We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding at The Polaris ballroom, and we were thoroughly impressed with the banquet lunch. The event was beautifully orchestrated, and the food was both delicious and elegantly presented.

A special thanks to Mr. Saran, the Assistant Banquet Operations Manager, who played a pivotal role in making the day exceptional. His promptness and responsiveness to our requests were outstanding. He and his team ensured that every detail was taken care of and that we had a pleasant experience throughout the event. His professionalism and dedication were evident, and he truly went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable. We also want to commend the service staff for their excellent performance. They were attentive, courteous, and efficient, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism greatly contributed to the success of the event. We are deeply grateful for their hard work and for making the day perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning an event.

We had our wedding banquet at Novotel Singapore on Stevens. Our coordinators Gowri and Saran were great. Gowri was very helpful prior to our wedding, and was very responsive with helping us plan our banquet. Saran was very efficient and organised on the day of our banquet and we were impressed by his sense of responsibility and reliability. Additionally, the food at the banquet was superb.
