As part of our SG60 celebrations, we’ve transformed the traditional buffet into a dynamic food parade, where over 6 different stations showcase the best of local dishes, each bursting with the colourful spirit of our city. The experience is elevated by food trolleys, parading around with iconic Singaporean flavours—bringing the joy of colourful parades right to you!
From sizzling Hokkien mee to creamy laksa, juicy satay to smoky BBQ stingray—we’ve got it all, served fresh and hot just for you. Plus, to add some sparkle, premium seafood treats will parade around on a custom cart designed by local artists, turning your meal into a visual feast as well! This isn’t your typical buffet—this is a one-stop, non-stop, local food experience where every corner brings a new flavour.
